These lovely black eyed susans appear to eagerly await their turn for the busy bee's visit to them. Ramakrishna said "When the flower blooms, the bees come uninvited," but that is not how I look at the relationship between bee and flower... When the flower blooms, the bees are welcome. They have a natural need for each other, bees need honey for their offspring and the flowers need to cross pollinate... Each go about their day doing what they are meant to do without full awareness of the co-dependancy. How many things in our lives do we depend on or support without being fully aware of the relationship?
